The collaboration between iviteb and Floria, the business born from the passion for flowers and the love for beauty, was based on the implementation of functionalities that offer a user-friendly and quality experience to the customer.

Floria is a business created in July 2010 from the passion for flowers and the love for beauty, this year celebrating 12 years since its founding.
What recommends Floria is the fast delivery service, in 2-4 hours from the order confirmation, all over the country, but also the titles accumulated over the years: six times the title of Online Florist of the Year, within E-Commerce Awards Gala, and twice the title “The best online florist and the best online store in Romania’’. Also, since May 2015, Floria is the Official Supplier of the Royal House of Romania for bouquets and arrangements, and in May 2019 she was the official florist of the papal visit to Romania.

Floria needed to scale their business and onboard more regional and international partners. Implementing new features like subscriptions and partner onboarding.
There was a lot of manual work needed in the old platform, the goal was to completely automate the partner allocation process and onboarding.
These include filtering bouquets, various collections, a calendar, assisted order, a weighting system, but also a membership based club for loyal customers. The most important thing was to create a smooth flow towards their partners and clients, so that the orders are honored at the highest standards
The collaboration between iviteb and Floria started with the replatforming of Floria.ro, their main website. We started in March 2020 and ended in October of the same year.
The project focused on features that provide a pleasant and user-friendly shopping experience. These include quick filtering of bouquets according to the recipient’s city and date of delivery, special collections for events and name days of the year, a personalized calendar with reminders for the main moments when flowers are offered, the possibility of an assisted order and multiple payment methods.

Thus, we created a custom dashboard for each partner to see the list of orders, when and what to deliver, change the status of orders and be able to accept or refuse them depending on the situation.

Partner priority system
At the same time, we created a Club Membership App where Floria’s customers have the possibility to set a membership to a client depending on their last year spending and thus receive discounts of 10, 15 and respectively 20%. Moreover, the club member has the opportunity to offer such a voucher valid for one year to a maximum of 5 friends, every time they are promoted.
The checkout process has been 100% adapted to the needs of the business, requiring a significant rebuild from the initial version.
